1. Quality assurance period: 12 months after delivery.

If the problem arises due to improper use of the customer's operator, Party B shall be responsible for the repair, only the cost of the spare parts and the travel expenses of the maintenance personnel, the service fee, the maintenance fee, etc.; after the expiration of the warranty, if the user fails, the user maintenance personnel cannot solve the problem. At the time, the maintenance personnel are dispatched on-site for repair, and only the cost of spare parts and the travel expenses of the maintenance personnel are collected, and the service fee and maintenance fee are waived.
3. After the equipment is qualified, our technical personnel track the user equipment trial production guidance service on site; regular telephone call back tracking service.
4. If the user needs, we can conduct on-site training for the user. The training personnel include mechanical maintenance personnel, electrical maintenance personnel, process programmers, and equipment operators; ensure that the user can operate, debug and maintain the equipment correctly and independently. The above training requires the user to bear the salary and travel expenses of our personnel.
